CA Ravindranath Narayana Rao is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in audit, valuation, insolvency, and strategic financial consulting. A science graduate from MES College, Bangalore, he holds prestigious qualifications including CA, CMA, CS, CPA (USA), and is a Registered Valuer and Insolvency Professional under IBBI.
He is also a Fellow of INSOL International, an exclusive global body of insolvency professionals. As Managing Partner at HRA & Co., he has led the firm’s expansion across major Indian cities and Dubai, overseeing a team of 30+ professionals.
Ravindranath has handled high-value engagements in statutory audits, internal and forensic audits, financial due diligence, startup advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and business valuations. He was a key contributor to the valuation of Embassy REIT and has successfully led several CIRPs and voluntary liquidations.
A passionate mentor and public speaker, he is a regular faculty at ICAI, guiding the next generation of chartered accountants.

Neeraj Agarwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of professional experience. He leads M/s AAN & Associates LLP, operating out of Kolkata and Bangalore. He is a Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets (ICSI RVO) and has cleared the Social Auditor exam by SEBI & NISM.
He holds degrees in Law and Commerce, and certifications in Ind AS (ICAI) and CVA (NACVA, USA). Neeraj is a Special Invitee to ICAI’s Sustainability Reporting Standards Board (FY 2023–24), and currently serves as President of the Bangalore Valuers Association.
As an active educator, author, and thought leader, he regularly shares insights on financial laws and valuation. He also teaches macroeconomics to aspiring valuers and recently published his first book, “The Kauravas’ Curse.”

Nirmala Soni is a Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of experience in valuation, taxation, audits, and startup advisory across Mumbai, Delhi, and Satna. She is a Registered Valuer (SFA), Social Auditor, and Startup Mentor associated with multiple incubators and institutions including IIT Bombay’s E-Cell. She holds leadership roles such as Secretary of the Association of Valuation Professionals and serves as faculty for valuation and social audit courses with RVOs. CA Nirmala has received numerous accolades including the Top 50 Remarkable Women Award 2023 and has published in ICAI journals and startup magazines.
